mhiawfood is a newly established P-Hailing brand under the company Mhibus Soft Sdn Bhd (1607009-H). Planning and development of a full system begins in 2025. Registration for Riders and Restaurants is now open. Official launch is on 25 October.

- Valid IC / Passport Photo of the owner
- Storefront Photo: A clear photo of store's exterior
- Valid SSM or PBT license or equivalence
- Valid phone number and email address
- Halal Certification: If applicable

How much commission does mhiawfood charge restaurants?
mhiawfood is transparent in this matter. A 15% commission is charged for each order.
Therefore, restaurant owners should ensure their prices are set appropriately.
Is mhiawfood available in my area?
You can view the list of available zones during registration in the Restaurant App.
What is the process to join mhiawfood as a restaurant?
Register through the Restaurant App → Registration is approved →
Complete your owner profile, restaurant details, menu, and bank information →
On 25 October, you can switch the app to “Online” to start receiving orders.
I don't have an SSM certificate / PBT license / PBT permit — can I register as a MhiawFood restaurant?
Sorry, you are required to have at least one of the mentioned certificates.
I don't have a Halal certificate — can I register as a Halal restaurant on mhiawfood?
To list your restaurant under the ‘Halal’ category, you must have a valid Halal certificate issued by a recognized Halal authority.
You may also choose from the other two options: ‘Muslim Owner’ or ‘Non-Halal’.
How long will it take to review my application?
1 – 2 working days
Can I request a withdrawal of my earnings?
You cannot request a manual withdrawal of your earnings.
Instead, restaurant earnings will be paid out automatically every Monday and Thursday.
Please ensure that your bank details are correct.
Can I cancel an order that has already been accepted?
Riders, Restaurants, and Customers are not allowed to cancel an order once it has been placed or accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact the provided hotline number.
Please note that strong and valid justification is required for any cancellation.
You must also discuss the matter with mhiawfood admin beforehand.
If you fail to pick up the order, your account may be suspended.
Does mhiawfood offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method?
mhiawfood does not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
This is to simplify the process for both Riders and Restaurants.
All transactions are made through digital payments only.
