INTRODUCTION

mhiawfood is a newly established P-Hailing brand under the company Mhibus Soft Sdn Bhd (1607009-H). Planning and development of a full system begins in 2025. Registration for Riders and Restaurants opens on 16 July 2025, while for customer users on 25 August. The initial 41 days following the full launch are dedicated to ensuring there are enough Riders and Restaurants in place first.

 Incentive for completing target up to RM10/day

Bonus RM200 for consistently active Rider

RM5 for referring someone to join as a Rider

Rider Terms

  • Malaysian citizens only
  • Age 18 years and above
  • Own a motorcycle
  • Have a valid driving license minimum 'P'
  • Road tax still valid

How To Join?

  • Download Rider app & register as a new Rider
  • Once verified, you need to purchase a mhiawfood delivery bag
  • Bag will be delivered on 20/8/2025 or you can pick up yourself
  • Start working on 25 August 2025

The app for Apple is still under development. The Rider app and Restaurant app versions of Apple will be available on the App Store on 1 August 2025. While the Customer app version of Apple will be available on 25 August 2025.

You can view the list of available zones during registration in the Rider App.

Sorry, at the moment mhiawfood is only available in Peninsular Malaysia.

Registration on the Rider App > Registration confirmed > Purchase mhiawfood delivery bag > Complete your profile & bank details > On August 20, 2025, the delivery bag can be picked up or will begin to be shipped to your address > On August 25, you can start working.

You cannot request a withdrawal of your earnings/salary. Instead, Rider earnings/salary will be paid automatically every 7 days, on Mondays. Please ensure your bank details are correct.

Orders for Riders are manual. This means you can view the list of available orders, including address details and distance, and then choose to accept or reject them. Please note that once you accept an order, it cannot be cancelled. Kindly refer to the explanation in the next question.

Riders, Restaurants, and Customers are not allowed to cancel an order once it has been placed or accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact the provided hotline number.

Please note that order cancellations require strong and valid justification. Therefore, you must discuss the matter with MhiawFood admin first.

If you fail to pick up the order, your account may be frozen.

Most delivery zones are within 10 km. Some larger zones exist, but they never exceed 20 km.

MhiawFood does not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
This is to simplify the process for both Riders and Restaurants.
All payments are made through digital methods.

MhiawFood is transparent in this matter. Below is an example of the delivery charges you may receive:

  • 0.10KM – 3.90KM = RM3.90

  • 3.91KM – 10.00KM = RM10.00

  • 10.01KM – 20.00KM = RM20.00
